4. INSCRIPTION A L'ÉVÉNEMENT
Si le désistement est signalé avant le 15 FÉVRIER, les frais seront remboursés, après déduction de 50 € pour frais administratifs. Si l'annulation est signalée après le 15 FÉVRIER, les frais d'inscription ne seront pas remboursés. Seuls les retraits pour raisons médicales graves peuvent être remboursés jusqu'au 15 MARS, après déduction de 50 € de frais administratifs. Après le 15 MARS, aucun frais d'inscription ne sera remboursé, quelle qu'en soit la raison. Les inscriptions ne sont pas transférables et ne peuvent être échangées ou modifiées sans l'accord du Moto-Club Welcome TT. Si vous avez souscrit à l’assurance annulation, vous pouvez faire valoir votre droit en suivant les instructions de WEEZEVENT.
5. EVENT REGISTRATION / ENTRIES
Withdrawals must be communicated to the organizer using an online form: https://www.24mx-alestrem.com/disclaimer/. If the withdrawal is reported before FEBRUARY 15, the fees will be refunded, after deduction of €50 for administrative costs. If the withdrawal is reported after FEBRUARY 15, the registration fee will not be refunded. Only withdrawals for serious medical reasons may be refunded until MARCH 15, after deduction of a €50 administration fee. After MARCH 15, no registration fees will be refunded for any reason. Registrations are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or modified without the approval of the Moto-Club Welcome TT.
