How does refueling work?
The organization implements a complete refueling system to ensure your comfort and safety throughout the course.
Refueling organization:
- 2 refueling zones per lap strategically distributed. A mobile refueling point will be managed by the organization (you must provide a 5L fuel can per rider for your bike, identify it. Are you several? You can combine in the same can at 5 liters per rider.). The other refueling point will be located at the paddock (also plan for fuel).
- Possibility to take a break, hydrate and refuel
- Areas easily identifiable and marked on the navigation GPS
Important: You must bring at least 1.5L of water in your backpack. Refueling areas allow you to top up your supplies, but do not replace your own autonomous supplies.
What you must bring personally:
- Water: Minimum 1.5L in a hydration pack (Camelbak) or bottles
- Energy food: Energy bars, dried fruits, fruit gels
- Backpack: Sufficient capacity to carry water and supplies
- Basic spare parts: Inner tube, tire levers, essential tools
Can I do it electric?
Yes, electric motorcycles are allowed, under certain conditions.
Conditions for electric motorcycles:
- The motorcycle must be approved for road use
- It must be registered in France or the European Union
- You must have valid insurance covering liability
- The motorcycle must be in compliant working condition
Extreme enduro is very energy-intensive. A lap can last between 1h30 and 4h00 depending on your level. Lap 3 “Extreme” may require 50 to 80% additional time.
Specific challenges for electric:
- The site has no electricity for individuals
- You must provide your own charging system (generator)
- No charging on course – return to paddock required
Advice: If you plan to participate electric:
- Test your range in similar conditions before the event
- Bring a spare battery if possible
- Bring your own charging solution (portable generator)
- Contact the organization in advance for specific advice
